Shipping and Handling

• Shipping costs within Canada are normally flat rate $20.

• Shipping to USA - Untracked - flat rate $20 for Economy (1 - 2 weeks)
• Shipping to USA - Tracked - flat rate $30 for Expedited Flat Rate (1 - 2 Weeks).

• We will attempt to Ship all orders within 1-2 Business Days of receipt.

• Parcels will normally be shipped Canada Post - Expedited within Canada and Economy (Small Packet Air - Not Tracked) to the United States.  Tracking is available for parcels shipped to the USA - Select Expedited Flat Rate Shipping.

• Courier shipping is available by special arrangement in advance

• Costs are added to your shopping cart on checkout

• Note ** Machine Purchases are not eligible for Free Shipping - freight will be billed prior to release of machines.

• Note ** Gift Cards are not included in the pre-tax subtotals qualifying for Free Shipping.

• Note ** Cherry Boxes and Non-Standard items are not eligible for free shipping 

• Shipping costs for Quilts or Phone orders is based upon actual weight and will be added to

  your invoice.
