Shipping and Handling

• We will attempt to Ship all orders within 1-2 Business Days of receipt.

• Parcels will normally be shipped Canada Post - Expedited within Canada and Economy (Small Packet Air - Not Tracked) to the United States.  Tracking is available for parcels shipped to the USA - Select Expedited Flat Rate Shipping.

• Shipping costs within Canada are normally flat rate $7.5 on purchases up to $19.99, and $15 on purchases from $20 - $99.99, and $20 on purchases from $100 - $199.99 with Free shipping on pre-tax online product orders over $200. 

• Machine Purchases are not eligible for Free Shipping - freight will be billed prior to release of machines.

• Shipping costs - Untracked - are flat rate $20 to USA for Economy (1 - 2 weeks)

• Shipping costs - Tracked - to the USA are a flat rate $30, select Expedited Flat Rate (1 - 2 Weeks).
• Courier shipping is available by special arrangement in advance

• Costs are added to your shopping cart on checkout

• Note - Gift Cards are not included in the pre-tax subtotals qualifying for Free Shipping.

• Shipping costs for Quilts or Phone orders is based upon actual weight and will be added to

  your invoice.
